2️⃣ Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements are applicable only if:

  • The machinery received has a manufacturing defect verified by our engineers.
  • The machinery is damaged during transit, and the damage is reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic or video proof.
  • The order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability or export restrictions (full refund in such cases).

3️⃣ Refund Process

If your case qualifies for a refund:

  1. The issue will be reviewed and verified by our technical team.
  2. If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  3. Transaction charges, international bank fees, or currency conversion costs may be deducted.
